Visa’s Zero Liability policy does not apply to certain commercial card and anonymous prepaid card transactions or transactions not processed by Visa. Who is eligible to use the FasterMoney® Visa® Prepaid Card?

Taxpayers 18 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID who are expecting a tax refund are eligible for the FasterMoney® Visa® Prepaid Card.

Are there any fees?

While the FasterMoney Card includes some standard usage fees, taxpayers have multiple no-fee options to use and access funds without incurring fees. These include using MoneyPass® ATMs, direct deposits, and in-app money management tools that help reduce unnecessary charges.
